Three life science companies with ties to Seattle were named to Fortune’s list of the 2021 most innovative and inventive pharmaceutical companies, which highlights companies that are creating innovations and laying the groundwork for the future. Bothell-based Seagen joined for the first time, ranking fourth, while Bristol Myers Squibb and Lundbeck also made the list.
Fortune noted that “despite its size, Seagen’s innovative approach to oncology drug development—leveraging its capabilities while maximizing value through partnerships—drove its success on the innovation scale this year.”
