David Younger, co-founder and CEO of Seattle-based biotech A-Alpha Bio is a Puget Sound Business Journal 40 under 40 honoree.
Younger co-founded the company in 2017 as a University of Washington spinout and recently shared details with the Business Journal on the sense of community in Belltown, advice to new biotech founders and a few of his hidden talents.
“The biggest thing is not to fear the process and not to fear the unknown and let that hesitation stop you from doing it,” Younger said. “The most important quality is not to have all the answers but to be prepared to go out and find the answers when you have to.”
