Vulcan Inc., a Seattle-based development and real estate company, will move forward with construction of a lab research facility after receiving approval from a city board on June 7.
The new location will support the ever-growing life sciences industry in Seattle, with Vulcan already planning a second life science build near South Lake Union.
Seattle is one of the three fastest-growing life science markets in the U.S., accompanied by Boston and the Bay Area, according to a CBRE report.
