Seattle is One of the Best Metros for Launching a Career

Seattle ranked second in a new Bankrate study discussing the best locations in America for starting a career. The city also came in first for employment opportunities and fourth for life quality.

The rankings come after Seattle added over 70,000 jobs to its economy from April 2022 to April 2023. The city also saw 2% growth of its average annual wage, and it boasts an average weekly wage that is 41% higher than the U.S. average.
