Seattle-based radiopharmaceutical company Perspective Therapeutics Inc. has raised roughly $87.4M. Perspective is raising the capital less than two months after raising $89.8M between an underwritten public offering and a private placement in January.
Perspective announced it has acquired an 11,500-square-foot manufacturing facility in Somerset, New Jersey, from radiopharmaceutical company Lantheus Holdings Inc. Lantheus is also buying $57.4M of the stock in the private placement. Perspective in a news release said the purchase “is part of a series of strategic agreements with Lantheus,” including the investment in Perspective.
