Biotech company Immunome Inc. has signed a lease and is moving into a 29,344-square-foot headquarters at Bothell’s Alloy Innovation Center. Commercial real estate firm Newmark Group Inc., which represented Immunome, announced the lease at the six-building campus. Newmark said Immunome has the option to more than double its space at Alloy through the lease.

Former Seagen CEO Clay Siegall took over as CEO of Morphimmune, which was previously based in West Lafayette, Indiana, in March 2023, and the company began calling the Seattle area its headquarters. A year ago, Morphimmune announced a merger with Exton, Pennsylvania-based Immunome. The deal closed in October, and the combined company took the Immunome name.

Alloy in October announced Immunome was moving into the Bothell campus but didn’t disclose the size or the move-in date.
