Seattle’s Parse Biosciences Lands Another Legal Victory in Patent Dispute

Seattle-based Parse Biosciences secured another major legal victory in its patent dispute with 10x Genomics Inc. Last week, Parse announced that the US Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board, an administrative tribunal, invalidated two more of 10x’s patent claims. Coupled with a similar decision from September, Parse said all claims from 10x against Parse have now been invalidated.
