After raising $28.3 million, Bothell-based VerAvanti is expanding its footprint in the Seattle region.
Founded in 2013, VerAvanti specializes in imaging solutions and is developing a minimally invasive endoscope for vascular and gastrointestinal procedures. Founder and CEO Gerald McMorrow said the company wants to expand its 18-person team to 50 and is searching for a new 5,000- to 7,000-square-foot facility.
This expansion strengthens the region’s network of medical device technology companies, with VerAvanti working to innovate in intravascular imaging.
