Last Friday, Life Science Washington’s Marc Cummings and Cyrus Biotechnology’s Lucas Nivon presented before the House Technology, Economic Development & Veterans Committee to highlight Washington’s thriving life sciences industry, and the urgent need to sustain its momentum.

We emphasized that our state’s success as a top 10 life science hub was built over decades through research, public investment, and entrepreneurial grit. We delivered a clear message: with strategic reinvestment, we can expand jobs, attract capital, and drive life-saving advancements for years to come.
