Seattle-based biotech company Curi Bio has settled into its new 13,942-square-foot space in Interbay.
The company moved to the space at 201 Elliott Ave. W. in late February after announcing the lease in August. Curi Bio CEO Nicholas Geisse said the company has about 40 full-time employees, of which roughly 30 consistently work out of the new Interbay office.
Curi Bio formerly occupied a 6,000-square-feet space just blocks away at 3000 Western Ave. in Belltown. The company signed the new lease with BioMed Realty, which markets the building as The Labs at 201 Elliott. The building is also the headquarters of biopharmaceutical company Omeros.
