Kestra Medical Technologies Raises $202M in IPO, Prices Shares Above Expected Range

Kirkland, Washington-based Kestra Medical Technologies raised $202M in its initial public offering, pricing shares at $17. That’s higher than the company’s initial plan to price shares between $14 and $16. Kestra launched in 2014 and raised a $196M round from private investors last year. More than 550 hospitals have prescribed its system, which has been worn by more than 17,000 patients.
