Seattle Children’s Research Institute has begun moving into a new life science tower in the Denny Triangle neighborhood. The 282,716-square-foot project, called 1916 Boren, was completed in January. Seattle Children’s pre-leased nearly half of the 11-story building, 124,000 square feet, ahead of the start of construction in 2022, and will use the space for pediatric research.
