AGC Biologics Inks Lease for More Space in Bothell

AGC Biologics signed a new 35,000-square-foot lease at the Element Research Center in Bothell, adjacent to its headquarters. The space will upgrade process development labs and offices, complementing its 250,000+ square feet in Bothell and 68,000-square-foot Everett warehouse. The company will begin phased move-ins in Q3 next year, with no staffing changes planned.
