LiseMarie Curda is an audit partner with over 12 years of experience serving clients in the aerospace & defense, technology, consumer, and life sciences industries, ranging from global public companies to early-stage emerging growth companies and SEC registrations. Through her breadth of experience, expansive network within Deloitte, and collaborative working style, LiseMarie prides herself on consistently providing the highest quality of service for her clients. She brings high energy and a practical approach to client service and has built a reputation for open and direct communication that allows her to establish trusted relationships with her clients.
LiseMarie is currently the Lead Client Service Partner for Sight Sciences, Inc., a publicly traded Life Science company. Also, she is the Lead Client Service Partner for emerging growth companies as well as the audit partner for The Boeing Company Commercial Airplanes division. Having served companies of all sizes and life cycle stages, LiseMarie has experience leading her clients through significant transactions including the adoption of new regulatory, accounting, and internal control standards and practices. She has deep knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley as well as SEC reporting requirements.
As Deloitte’s Seattle Audit Women and Allies Champion, she is passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. In this role, she leads firm-sponsored programs that promote career and leadership development for women and other underrepresented groups. She also is a member of Women in Bio which promotes careers and entrepreneurship of women in the life sciences.
