Pacific Northwest Research Institute Sells Headquarters Building on First Hill

Pacific Northwest Research Institute sold its longtime First Hill headquarters in Seattle for $6.5M and will lease back the 45,000-square-foot building to maintain research operations. The sale, which attracted multiple offers, will generate operating cash flow and enhance flexibility to support the nonprofit’s work on rare genetic diseases, cancer, and diabetes.
