Erica is an audit partner in EY’s Seattle practice and leads people initiatives across EY’s West Audit practice. She has extensive experience serving biotechnology and technology companies, both public and private, as well as not for profit organizations.
Erica enjoys helping clients with transformative corporate events such as initial public offerings, debt offerings and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing transactions, and commercial product launches. This has provided opportunities to advise on the numerous technical accounting and other matters related to such events, including initial audits, transitions from other audit firms, stock compensation and valuation matters, purchase accounting, complex preferred stock accounting, revenue recognition, and other commercial product launch accounting. Erica also works closely with clients on SEC matters and Sarbanes-Oxley internal control reporting. Erica graduated from Butler University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Washington and California, and a member of the AICPA.
