Kaitlyn communicates with over 9,000 life science professionals through weekly eblasts highlighting the state of the industry and manages a nationwide talent recruitment campaign.
Kaitlyn is a data-driven, marketing professional who thrives on crafting dynamic messaging to align, reinforce, and advance strategic initiatives. Prior to LSW, Kaitlyn served as the Marketing and Communications Strategist at a professional audio manufacturer, where she managed public relations, social media, advertising, tradeshows, email marketing, graphic design, product photography, and video editing.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from Washington State University and over 7 years of experience in biotechnology, professional audio, public relations, and automotive industry.
