Fred Hutch opens dedicated research center in Seattle to test treatments for COVID-19 patients

Seattle’s Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center announced that it is opening a new facility dedicated solely to testing treatments for people who have COVID-19, one of the first of its kind in the U.S. Scientists and clinicians will be able to partner in the space with study volunteers, health care providers, research institutes, foundations and the biotech/pharmaceutical industry on Phase 1 through 3 clinical trials.
