Bothell-based Fujifilm Sonosite Inc., a manufacturer of ultrasound devices, has appointed Richard Fabian as its new CEO. Fabian started with the company as the chief operations officer in 2017 and was later named president in 2018.
With more than 500 local employees, it is the third-largest medical device manufacturer in Washington.
“Richard has demonstrated the ability to lead FUJIFILM Sonosite through challenging times to produce outstanding results,” said Masataka Akiyama, general manager of Fujifilm Medical Systems Business Division and Fujifilm Sonosite.
