Seattle is viewed by Americans as one of the safest cities in the country, according to a recent poll from Gallup. The survey involved roughly 500 participants across the U.S., 63% of which consider Seattle to be a relatively safe area.
Dallas and Boston were the only two cities ranked above Seattle, with scores of 74% and 72% respectively. Other major cities include San Francisco, Chicago and Los Angeles, all of whose scores ranged from 52% to 41%.
