Biotechnology company Immunome has selected Bothell for its new headquarters. The company was previously headquartered outside Philadelphia. The move follows the publicly traded company’s just-completed merger with Morphimmune, a formerly Indiana-based company that in March named former Seagen Inc. co-founder and CEO Clay Siegall as its chairman and CEO.

Morphimmune told the Business Journal earlier this year it has considered Seattle its headquarters since Siegall came aboard. He leads the combined company, which goes by Immunome. Immunome will move to a space at the 205,000-square-foot Alloy Innovation Center at 18912 North Creek Parkway, property owner Alloy Properties announced.
