Bellevue-based biotech company Viome Life Sciences acquired Naring Health, a startup company specializing in “personalized nutrition.”
While specific details have not been disclosed, Viome will be inheriting DiscernDX, a health data company, and Foodome as part of the deal.
Viome, run by CEO Naveen Jain, produces at-home stool sample kits that provide users with microbiome information, including recommendations for diet, supplements and probiotics.
