Seattle has been ranked as the third-best city for new college graduates according to a recent study by Zumper. The study analyzed the country’s 100 most populous cities to pinpoint the best ones for recent graduates based on median rents, job opportunities, and social metrics.
According to the study, Seattle earns an “A” grade for both its high percentage of 25-year-olds with a bachelor’s degree and its low unemployment rate. This finding is particularly noteworthy given the recent increase in the national unemployment rate last month.
Seattle, a leading hub for employers such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Deloitte, and Starbucks, is a prime location for recent graduates seeking fulfilling employment opportunities.
