Alexandria Real Estate Looks to Expand South Lake Union Campus with New Project

A master-use permit application made last month in Seattle shows Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc.’s South Lake Union “mega campus” is expanding. Alexandria, on November 22, applied for master-use and construction permits to build a “new life sciences addition to the landmark Seattle City Light Building with below grade parking.” The value of the project is $280M, per the applications.
