Policy Matters 2025 – The Quantum Frontier

The Technology Alliance’s Policy Matters conference brings together cross-sector leaders from across Washington state to make connections, build bridges, and expand knowledge – all focused on strengthening the state’s innovation economy.

The 2025 Policy Matters Summit on November 19th in Seattle, focused entirely on quantum technology and policy. It’s a one-day event designed for policymakers, business leaders, and researchers to get a practical understanding of what quantum means for Washington, and what’s at stake if we fall behind.

While states like Texas, Illinois, and Maryland are investing heavily in quantum, Washington is just beginning to organize its approach. This summit will look at what it will take to build a competitive ecosystem here — across research, workforce, and infrastructure.
