Allen Institute is opening their doors to the public for a special chance to see where the science happens.
On September 19, you’re invited to come learn about the Allen Institute’s research, our open science mission, and how our work is shaping the future of scientific discovery. This open house event includes an interactive walkthrough of the building with activity stations, a look inside the labs, and a chance to talk with scientific staff about their work.
Join us to get up close with the groundbreaking science happening right here in your community.
This is a free event and tickets are required. Registration closes September 14 (or when registration is full).
Recommended for teens and older, though all ages are welcome. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
At the Allen Institute, we’ve been a pioneer in open science since 2003, removing barrier to knowledge and empowering researchers around the world to pursue their own discoveries.
Open Science Week is our annual celebration of these goals and this effort. To read more about this initiative, and to see stories of open science in action, visit the Open Science Week page.
