What will the format be for the Life Science Innovation Northwest 2023 conference?
Life Science Innovation Northwest (LSINW) will be in-person on April 25 and 26 at the Seattle Convention Center. Included in this year’s conference will be the same caliber of offerings you’ve come to expect including renowned guest speakers, panels of experts, company presentations, a sponsor hall, the fast pitch competition, poster presentations, plus opportunities to network with your colleagues old and new.

How can I register? What are the registration rates?

Am I eligible for the member rate?
All individuals employed by current 2023 Life Science Washington Members are eligible for LSINW conference member rates. If you have a question about your organization’s membership status or need to renew their membership, please email Amanda Tran.

How do I apply for a Company/Research Institution Presentation, Fast Pitch, or Poster Presentation?
Signing up to present a Company/Research Institution Presentation, Fast Pitch, or Poster Presentation is simple, just visit the application page.

Is there a room block?
Reserve your hotel room at the Sheraton Grand Seattle, located at 1400 6th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101 – one block from the convention center, by March 24, 2023 to receive the special conference price of $249 plus taxes per day. The Sheraton Grand Seattle can be reached by phone at (206) 621-9000. Be sure to let them know you would like to be in the Life Science Innovation Northwest room block.

Health & Safety at LSINW 2023:

Bringing the community together safely is our top priority at LSINW 2023. We are following state and local requirements to offer an in-person conference experience that prioritizes the health of our attendees and the community. At this time, masks and proof of vaccination will not be required to attend LSINW.  However, we are continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation and will implement additional safety precautions based on the CDC guidelines if needed, which may include proof of vaccine and/or mask mandates to ensure attendees’ safety.

Life Science Washington is pleased to be working with the Seattle Convention Center, whose high standard of hygiene and cleanliness through their Safety First program and their state-of-the-art air filtration system, have a proven track record of ensuring a safe conference experience for all.
